Greetings from the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine at Penn State College of Medicine!

I want to extend an invitation to you to explore our website to get to know us and all the wonderful things percolating within the division. But first, I will outline all the subsections found under our divisional title.

Our division comprises several subspecialties of medicine that intersect around, but are not exclusive to, diseases that impact the lungs. Our faculty represent the subspecialties of pulmonary medicine, including interventional bronchoscopy and general pulmonary medicine, adult critical care medicine, allergy and immunology, and adult sleep medicine. Each of these sections is further divided into areas that can be explored on this site.

Our division is committed to providing the best care possible to the people who need it. We do this through our focus and application of the latest validated information for every patient and by maximizing our resources to achieve the patient’s goals.

Inclusive of the clinical mission, each subdivision also contributes to the educational and research arms of the division. Our faculty are active members of educational programs throughout the institution and are recognized on an annual basis for their outstanding teaching efforts. Our faculty regularly present their work at regional, national and international scientific meetings across the country. We also actively collaborate with other colleagues, embracing the input of our local and national pulmonary, allergy and critical care medicine communities.

We welcome you to explore our website to learn more about our diverse division and get an overview of all the tremendous things our team is actively engaged in. Thank you for visiting!
