Clinical Research Support

Through the Clinical Trials Office, the Human Research Protection Program, the StudyFinder initiative, the Clinical Research Center and more, Penn State College of Medicine helps investigators pursue meaningful clinical research while ensuring essential compliance.

Conflict of Interest

The Conflict of Interest Program helps the College maintain transparency and full disclosure by determining when actual or potential conflict of interest exists and eliminating, reducing, or managing the conflict to protect legitimate research efforts and the integrity of our faculty. The COI Program also provides links to policy and guidance on outside professional activities, conflict of interest, industry relations and conflict of commitment.

Continuing Education

Continuing Education at Penn State College of Medicine provides continuing professional education for physicians, nurses, and allied health personnel. The group also provides evidence-based education on medical topics to professionals in health-related fields and to the general public.

Faculty Organization

The Faculty Organization serves as the sole legislative body of College of Medicine faculty on all matters that pertain to the undergraduate medical and graduate education of the students of the College of Medicine. Matters within the jurisdiction of this group include institutional programs, courses and programs of study, academic admissions standards, graduation requirements and curriculum evaluation.

Junior Faculty Development Program

The Junior Faculty Development Program at Penn State College of Medicine provides a foundation for the success of our junior faculty and includes a comprehensive curriculum delivered through a series of weekly lessons and an individual project completed under the guidance of a senior faculty mentor.
