Neuroscience Research Highlights
Our researchers are leading a $17.9M grant from the National Institutes of Health to research neurodevelopment disorders.
The Department of Neurology partners with the Penn State Neuroscience Institute to study the neurobiological basis of various diseases, develop cutting-edge therapies and ultimately improve care for patients.
A team of researchers at the College of Medicine and collaborators from five different institutions have created a 3D atlas of developing mice brains using advanced imaging and microscopy techniques. This new atlas will help researchers understand brain development and study neurodevelopmental disorders.
