Sol De Jesus, MD

Dr. Sol De Jesus is passionate about devoting her clinical skills and research work to improving the care of patients with movement disorders. She is actively involved and has served as principal and co-investigator on multiple clinical trials involving parkinsonian patients. She currently participates in studies exploring motor and non-motor aspects of deep brain stimulation (DBS) as it pertains to various movement disorders. Her primary research interests involve a desire to increase understanding of the underlying mechanisms and patient-related factors that influence DBS outcomes. Dr. De Jesus is co-director for the deep brain stimulation (DBS) program at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
