Highly skilled scientist with extensive experience in cancer cellular and molecular biology particularly cancer cell signaling pathways, microRNA functional biology, genetics and stem cell biology.
Extensive hands-on experience in
o Cell based assay, Proficient in ELISA, dot blot, Western blot (including high-throughput Jess), and cell cycle, apoptosis, proliferation, and colony formation assays.
o Genetic engineering Expertise in cloning, genetic construct development, gene silencing (siRNA, shRNA), transfection, stable cell line generation, and target gene/protein expression.
o Molecular Techniques: Skilled in qPCR, multicolor flow cytometry, kinase activity assays, molecular assay development, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and luciferase assays
o Microscopy and Staining: Experience with confocal microscopy, H&E staining.
o Drug Studies: Involvement in drug screening, drug mechanism studies, and toxicity assays.
o Primary Cell Culture: Expertise in mammalian cell culture, including hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), B-cells, T-cells, plasma cells.
