Biography
Daniel Minnucci is an intern within the Office of Professional Mental Health and is pursuing licensure as a Licensed Practicing Counselor. He is in the final stages of completing his MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University and previously earned an MA in Theology from Saint Joseph’s College.
Daniel concurrently serves as the Senior Staff Chaplain at Penn State Health Golisano Children’s Hospital, with four years of experience in pediatric spiritual care. His clinical pastoral education residency was completed at WellSpan York Hospital, where he functioned as the pediatric chaplain for both medical and behavioral health units. His work included crisis stabilization for at‑risk youth, integration of trauma‑informed care, and implementation of trauma‑resiliency frameworks. He is a Board Certified Chaplain.
His counseling orientation is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy. Daniel has clinical experience with the LGBTQ community and with adults experiencing anxiety, focusing on skill‑building, empowerment, and strengths‑based growth.
