Alumni Weekend

Celebrate with us in Hershey for Alumni Weekend 2027, May 21–22.

We’re excited to move this cherished tradition to the spring—bringing fresh energy and a new seasonal backdrop to a weekend you won’t want to miss.

This year’s celebration will be especially meaningful as we welcome back all alumni and honor quinquennial reunions for medical classes ending in 1s, 2s, 6s and 7s.

Alumni Weekend brings together graduates of Penn State College of Medicine and Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center—including medical, graduate, physician assistant, resident and fellow alumni. Reconnect with classmates, faculty and friends, and revisit where your professional journey began.

More details will be shared later this year, with registration opening February 1, 2027.
