Workfront Access

Penn State College of Medicine Marketing and Communications team uses a web-based project management system, Workfront, to process all work requests. This includes requests for new projects, social media posts, social media accounts, photography, website updates and to share news in our internal publications (The COMmunicator (all College of Medicine employees and students), The RITE Stuff (Penn State Health), Manager Update and Discovery Digest.

To create a submission, users will need to be added to Workfront. To request access to Workfront, email Marketing&Communications@pennstatehealth.psu.edu, subject line WORKFRONT ACCESS, with the following information:

• First name
• Last name
• Work email address
• Department

Requests will be fulfilled within one business day. You will receive an email from Workfront asking you to log in and update your password. This email may be routed to the Other tab in Outlook. Once you confirm your password, you will be able to access all of the Marketing request forms. Please add this page to your Favorites.
