Research in Gastroenterology and Hepatology

By combining basic science, translational and clinical research, investigators within the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology hope to forge new therapies for better patient care. Physicians participate in numerous national collaborative clinical trials, drug studies and independent research projects. There are several research activities happening in sections that include IBD, liver, pancreas and biliary and motility.
