Guy Slonimsky, MD

Biography

Dr. Guy Slonimsky is a head and neck surgical oncologist and assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Slonimsky joined the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in October 2017, as a fellow in head and neck surgery, as well as endocrine surgery.

Dr. Slonimsky earned his medical degree from the Hadassah Medical School at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel, and also holds a BSc in biology and psychology, and MSc in neurobiology from the Hebrew University, as well. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at The Chaim Sheba Medical Center, Tel HaShomer, Israel.

His clinical focus includes surgical management of benign and malignant head and neck tumors, thyroid and parathyroid surgery and reconstructive approaches for surgical defects with local, regional and free tissue flaps with microvascular anastomoses.
