State-of-the-Art Simulation

The Penn State Hershey Clinical Simulation Center is a 10,000-square-foot facility designed for immersive, high-impact healthcare training. Featuring 15 simulation rooms, four debriefing spaces, and areas for virtual reality and task trainers, the Center supports learners at every level. Over 30 high-fidelity manikins—pediatric, adult, and birthing—enable realistic, hands-on scenarios in controlled, safe environments. Each room includes diagnostic headwalls, AV recording, and control rooms for guided instruction. The Center’s flexible layouts foster collaboration, skill refinement, and team-based education that strengthens patient safety and clinical decision-making.
