Simulation Instructor Course
This five-day, interactive certificate course brings together a multidisciplinary faculty to teach simulation design, assessment, and debriefing skills. Participants learn to integrate simulation with traditional teaching, apply adult learning theory, and understand group dynamics and learner psychology. Offered continuously since 2007, the course provides a practical framework for launching or enhancing simulation programs, preparing graduates from all clinical disciplines to teach effectively using simulation.

MOCA Certification Course
Hershey’s MOCA Simulation course is ASA‑accredited and fulfills Part IV of the ABA’s maintenance of certification requirements. Intended for board‑certified or eligible anesthesiologists, the program immerses participants in high-acuity scenarios — from hemodynamic challenges to airway emergencies — while emphasizing crisis resource management, team communication, and clinical judgment. The format includes skills practice, team simulation cases, “Hall of Horrors” sessions, and guided debriefing. Tuition covers instruction, course materials, and meals, and withdrawal policies are in place for early cancellations.
