A cooperative program between Penn State College of Medicine and Penn State Harrisburg allows for concurrent work on both a doctorate in biomedical sciences and a professional master's degree in business administration.

The program is designed primarily for students interested in pursuing a career involving high-quality independent research and positions of management responsibility within the biomedical sciences community.

How to Apply

Students interested in the PhD/MBA program must first apply to the Penn State College of Medicine Biomedical Sciences PhD Program, then be recommended for an apply to the Penn State Harrisburg MBA Program.

In addition to the general requirements for admission to The Graduate School and the requirements for admission to the Biomedical Sciences PhD program, specific MBA requirements also apply.
