Biography
Dr. Jikku Zachariah's research interests are in the areas of multiple sclerosis and immunosuppressive medication, neuromyelitis optica and autoimmune neurology.
Dr. Zachariah's research has been focused on advancing the understanding and treatment of multiple sclerosis. His research interests are in progressive MS and cognitive dysfunction in MS. He has collaborated with neuropsychologists and other specialists with research ideas, and their team has received a seed grant on AI and MS research. He has led and collaborated on numerous projects investigating the pathophysiology, biomarkers, and novel therapeutic approaches for MS.
