    Welcome From Our Division Chief

The Division of Academic Specialists in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ASOG) at Penn State Health consists of dedicated physicians and advanced practice providers, working collaboratively to ensure the delivery of safe, equitable and evidenced-based care. ASOG provides care for individuals across their entire lifespan. Pediatric and adolescent care is provided through our specialty clinics such as the multidisciplinary clinic for young women and girls with bleeding disorders, as well as the pediatric/adolescent clinic for girls with complex gynecologic complaints. Our family planning specialists are committed to providing comprehensive, reproductive and sexual health care in an environment that is both welcoming and inclusive.  Obstetric services are provided by an outstanding team of certified nurse midwives, nurse practitioners and physicians, through various private clinics, resident continuity clinics and other specialty clinics such as the Substance Use Disorder in pregnancy clinic and Intermediate Care Clinic. The ASOG division is one of the most academically diverse groups in the region with an unsurpassed expertise in the medical and surgical management of gynecologic conditions while using the most cutting-edge approaches.
