Prateek Grover, MD, PhD, MHA

Prateek Grover, MBBS, PhD, MHA, FAAPMR, is a physician-scientist-educator specializing in limb loss, difference, and preservation rehabilitation. He is an Associate Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with an adjunct appointment in Biomedical Engineering, Vice Chair of Quality and Safety, and Founding Director of the Penn State LimbRehabCaRES Center at Penn State College of Medicine.

Dr. Grover's work focuses on designing and implementing rehabilitation continuum of care programs and learning health systems that improve access, quality, and outcomes. He leverages implementation science, informatics, AI, and digital health to move evidence from discovery to clinical practice, systems change, and health policy.

Nationally, he serves as Medical Director of the Amputee Coalition, Chair of the Policy and Legislation Committee for the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine (ACRM), and physician lead for Pennsylvania's So Every BODY Can Move initiative. His work reflects a commitment to building sustainable systems of care that improve quality of life and healthcare access through research, education, and advocacy.
