My research interests include studying DNA damage response pathways and maintaining genome stability, particularly how replication stress and defects in DNA repair contribute to cancer development and treatment response. At Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, my work has focused on BRCA1/BARD1-mediated DNA repair and replication fork stability. Moving forward, I am interested in understanding the mechanisms that maintain genomic integrity during replication, how DNA damage from therapeutic and environmental stresses is repaired, and how tumor-specific genetic vulnerabilities can be leveraged for personalized cancer treatment.
