Biography
Marie Kurtz is the Manager of Speech-Language Pathology at Penn State Health. Clinically, Marie specializes in the treatment of feeding and swallowing disorders, caring for patients from our smallest neonates through adolescence. In addition, she has extensive experience in pediatric developmental diagnostics and intervention. Her recent research and administrative responsibilities have focused on the care of post-extubation COVID-19 patients and the transition from in-person treatment to telehealth services. She is actively involved in professional development, student and clinician supervision, and healthcare administration and operations.
