Biography
My focus is on food as medicine research that addresses food insecurity and chronic disease through nutrition interventions. I recently completed my Doctorate in Public Health, with research that explores the intersections of health equity, food access, and community-based care. My favorite dish is a family tradition, Chop Suey.
