Dr. Avantika Diwadkar develops novel statistical methods to study the genetic architecture of complex traits using omics data to gain biological and translational insights. She is primarily interested in neurodegenerative and autoimmune diseases, and is also passionate about advancing drug target identification and precision medicine for complex human diseases.
