Avani Vasireddy, MD

Dr. Avani Vasireddy grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her undergraduate degree in neuroscience with a minor in comparative literature at the University of Southern California. She continued her medical education at the Duke University School of Medicine. Her research interests include speech outcomes and universal screening for congenital cytomegalovirus, post-tonsillectomy outcomes and medical ethics. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys reading fiction books, spending time with her cats and partner, baking desserts and experimenting with different coffees and teas.
