Research project: My main research aims to unravel the processes involved in the morphogenesis of Hepatitis B Subviral Particles and elucidating their structural characteristics. I utilize both biochemical and structural assays to achieve this goal in my research. Structurally, I utilize many techniques for my work including but not limited to Negative Stain-Transmission Electron Microscopy (NS-TEM), Cryo-Electron Microscopy (Cryo-EM), and Focused Ion Beam (FIB) Milling.
