Download
The Birdcage Builder version available for download here was developed years ago and does not support 64-bit and newer operating systems.
To use this software, unzip the file, then run setup.exe to set up Birdcage Builder v1.0.
Web-based applications
A number of web-based Birdcage Builder applications are also available.

Source Code Download
The source code and binary libraries are provided under the PSU Open Source License. If interested in the source code, email Xiaoyu Sun at xqs100@psu.edu to obtain the license agreement. Once the signed license agreement is received, requestors will receive the source code by email.
Using the source code requires QT, ITK, VTK and the libraries below.

Instructions
For those without a valid IDL license, this “executable” version of ONSET is available. It requires IDL Virtual Machine 6.3 and above to run the program.
Once IDL VM is installed, run ONSET by double-clicking the downloaded .sav file.

Once IDL VM is installed, run qMRI by double-clicking the downloaded .sav file.
Due to limitations of the IDL VM applications, the “Segmentation” feature of qMRI is not supported in the IDL VM.

Instructions
After downloading the zip file, unzip to a folder, then add the folder to the MATLAB paths using the MATLAB menu File, then choosing Set Path, then Add Folder.
Type “RF_Tools” in the MATLAB command line to launch the application.
