Welcome to the Penn State Hershey Young Women's Health Study
The Penn State Hershey Young Women's Health Study is an ongoing epidemiologic study of the determinants of cardiovascular, reproductive, and bone health in women. The study was initiated in spring 1990 with the enrollment of 112 healthy, premenarcheal adolescents who are representative of Caucasian females attending public schools in Pennsylvania.
