Technology Disclosure

The Office of Technology Development, in cooperation with the Office of Technology Management, provides intellectual property protection and commercialization services for technologies developed at Penn State Hershey College of Medicine and Penn State Hershey Medical Center. To report a technology, please complete the Technology Disclosure Form. Once the form is received, a review will be conducted to determine potential intellectual property protection and commercialization pathways.

Penn State University policy, federal law and certain funding agencies require that any technology made at Penn State University be reported.
