Unified Campus Teams

The Campus Teams have been an integral part of the leadership of Penn State College of Medicine for the past decade. One of four teams has been established for each of the College’s primary mission areas:

 

• Academic (Education)
• Clinical
• Community Service
• Research

These teams cut across departmental and hierarchical boundaries to allow faculty and staff from across the college and medical center communities to bring breadth and new expertise to the college’s strategic and budgetary processes. The broad goals of the teams process are to:

• Seize Opportunities
• Solve Systems Problems
• Create a Greater Sense of Ownership and Accountability
